We had an exciting visit from Bruno Mars (Thomas Russomanto) in our NY office on Halloween! We enjoyed some delicious chocolate that he generously shared with the team to celebrate the occasion. It was a fun way to keep the Halloween spirit alive!
San Diego
The San Diego team had a blast celebrating Halloween with a costume party!
Montreal
Montreal got into the Halloween spirit, with decorations, a costume contest (with special features such as Alec Bugler as Patrick Bateman and Kapil Tata as Coach) and some treats at our Halloween potluck! Big thanks to all who part took in the festivities 🎃
Barbados
Halloween Scare and Share – The office got into the spooky (and hilarious) spirit with a vibrant dress up day along with colour coordinated team treats! Perrrfect opportunity to show off creativity, enjoy tasty snacks and foster team spirit.
Tokyo
Spooktacular vibes at our Tokyo office Halloween party! Everyone looked “gourd-geous” in their Halloween costumes. Costume showcase, karaoke and one-liner battles kept the fun alive all night! Winners in their respective categories won exciting prizes like PS5 and a day trip to Tokyo Disneyland!
London
Things got spooky in the London office, with the return of our Annual Desk Decorating Competition, back for its second edition – judged by last years’ winner, Jack Barry! We teamed up with CYB Coffee House, a small local business to provide us some caffeinated prizes – spooky tidings to Hamza Ibrahim Khan, this year’s winner, and Lily Rathbone, our runner up!

We did a team building for a Detroit Tigers Playoff Baseball Game. We all had a blast!
Chicago
Baseball Game
A classic Chicago activity! We attended a baseball game and had the chance to see the Chicago Cubs win their game against the St. Louis Cardinals. This activity encouraged team spirit and a sense of unity as we rooted for the Cubs.
Bags Tournament
In place of Trivia Tuesday, we have switched to a bags tournament which has provided a fun and friendly way to encourage competition in the office.
Beach Day & Casual Volleyball
This summer, we definitely took advantage of the fact that the beach is only a 10-minute walk away from the office. Every Wednesday after work, we played beach volleyball and also had a special Friday Beach Day. Because volleyball requires teamwork, communication, and coordination, it helped foster these skills in a fun and relaxed setting. It is also a fun way to encourage physical activity and promote a healthier lifestyle.
Scavenger Hunt
Towards the end of summer, we had an office-wide scavenger hunt where teams were given a list of items to find across the city and snag a photo within a specific time frame. This activity encouraged teamwork and communication as we worked together to solve clues and find items. We also got our steps in!
Honey Jar Making
The NBC Tower, our office building, hosted a honey jar making class, a hands-on activity where we got to learn about beekeeping and create our own honey jars. The building hosts a beehive on the rooftop so it is always interesting to learn about all things bee related. We bonded over the shared experience of learning about beekeeping and creating something together.
Oktoberfest
The office building hosted a celebration of Bavarian culture, featuring beer, food, music, and traditional costumes.
Year-End Celebration – Bowling
As we wrapped up the fiscal year, we held our end-of-year celebration at Lucky Strike Chicago for an evening of bowling. This activity provided a fun and friendly way to encourage competition and celebrate achievements. It also enhanced a sense of camaraderie and belonging as we cheered each other on and celebrated together.
Barbados
August 2024 Office Teambuilding – “Tourist for a Day” was the theme for this year, a day of exploration and bonding on a bus tour of the rugged and picturesque East Coast of Barbados. This included a trip to Andromeda Gardens, Bathsheba, and culminated with a guided hike of the scenic trails at Walkers Reserve... and of course, rum shop stops along the way for liquid bonding.
Montreal
In July, DA Montreal took part in a game of laser tag that boosted collaboration and camaraderie. The teams navigated the course, strategizing and bonding through friendly competition. This exercise was a wonderful way to work on the everyday skills of teamwork and communication in a new exciting environment!
In August, the DA Montreal team gathered at Le Trois Monkey’s, located in the heart of Montreal, to celebrate the birthdays of Omar Chohayber, Waleed Bakhashween, and Aly Olama. We hope everyone enjoyed the celebration!
Also in August, Montreal took part in a Team Olympics, where the three offices, West Island, Downtown and Laval, participated in heated games of football, Bocce ball and Tug of War, to ignite their competitive spirits. Alongside the games, there was a BBQ as a goodbye to the summer months. This was all hosted at Jean Drapeau Park in Montreal on a beautiful August afternoon.
Finally in September, the three offices all organized their respective hot chocolate bars! They all got hot chocolate and toppings to cozy up after a rainy and dark week, to welcome the autumn and colder seasons in the offices.
Islamabad
The Islamabad Office planned to enhance creativity and establish the importance of teamwork by accepting ideas and then giving shape to them. It was a fun group activity, and the winner got a coffee treat.
Karachi
On Independence Day, the Karachi Office celebrating unity and work towards a peaceful and prosperous nation.

Sydney
We had a fantastic Fri-Yay day with an office get-together, enjoying drinks, snacks, and great company — including our APAC CEO! It was a fun way to wrap up the week, connect with the team, and share some casual moments together.
We also celebrated the Mooncake Festival with a small gathering at our office! Traditional Chinese mooncakes were served as the festival marks a special occasion of unity and togetherness. It’s a wonderful chance to connect and experience this cultural tradition.
Prague

London
The London office came together for a Bring a Bake in aid of World Mental Health Day on October 10. Encouraging everyone to bring along a baked good – the majority of which were homemade, to share with the rest of the office. Complimented with tea, coffee, juice and fruit, the whole office came together in solidarity that it’s OK to not be OK! A special thanks to Sashini Liyange, Ruwayda Hassan, Raymen Grewal, Anna Avetisova, Vishma Solanki, Alex Tassou and Jack Barry for their tasty contributions!
Following the conclusion of the financial year, and lots of hard work across the board by all, the London summits team organised a Team social including the whole summits family – literally! Between other halves, and a few of our mini pitchers of the future, it was a lovely Saturday afternoon spent in Victoria park, and a great chance to socialise outside of work and put some names to faces!
Cyprus
